This package includes fully customized workout programs designed around your specific fitness and performance goals. You’ll receive a macronutrient tracking guide to help manage calorie intake, access to Universal Strength & Combat’s exclusive recipe book tailored to your dietary needs, and weekly check-ins with Marcus to track progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable every step of the way.

Our Hybrid Training program is designed for beginners who want structured guidance, confidence, and hands-on support.
This package combines the flexibility of online coaching with in-person training, self-defense, and beginner-level martial arts instruction with Marcus. You’ll receive easy-to-follow workouts, personalized demonstrations, and step-by-step coaching to help you learn proper technique at a comfortable pace.
Along with fitness training, you’ll be introduced to basic self-defense skills and martial arts fundamentals focused on safety, awareness, and confidence.
This program includes everything from our Online Training package, plus in-person motivation and support using Marcus’ exclusive training methods to help you build strength, coordination, and real-world skills—no prior experience required.
